No matter what kind of advanced illness you or a loved one may have. . . no matter how old, or how young, you may be…no matter where you live in the Carolina Foothills…we are dedicated to giving you the expert care, comfort, attention, and dignity that you deserve. Because for us, it’s all about living.

We have two locations in the beautiful foothills of the Carolinas: Columbus, North Carolina and Landrum, South Carolina. From our NC office, we serve individuals and their families in all of Polk County. From our SC office, we serve individuals and families in Spartanburg & Greenville Counties. Our Hospice House is conveniently located in Landrum, just off Interstate 26 (at Exit 1), and is open to anyone receiving hospice services who needs inpatient care. We welcome you!
